The four-door HR-V is available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations. Power is supplied by a 141-hp 1.8-liter inline four-cylinder engine, mated to either a six-speed manual transmission, or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with sport mode and available paddle shifters. Trim-dependent standard equipment includes: a power sunroof, rear spoiler, 17-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, passive entry/start, heated front seats, leather upholstery and automatic climate control, along with HD/satellite radio, Bluetooth wireless connectivity/music streaming, four USB ports, smartphone integration, voice-activated navigation and a 7-inch touchscreen display. Safety features found on every HR-V include anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, Vehicle Stability Assist with integrated traction control and a rearview camera, as well as six airbags. Honda LaneWatch, a passenger-side blind spot monitor, is also available.
The Honda HR-V carries over with minimal changes for 2018.
