Model Overview
The Range Rover Velar is the newest member of the Range Rover family and brings avant-garde styling and elegance to the line-up.
The Range Rover Velar is powered by three different engines; a 180-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel four-cylinder, a 247-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline four-cylinder, or a 380-hp 3.0-liter supercharged V-6. All three are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with rotary shifter and steering wheel paddles. Land Rover's Terrain Response system and Adaptive Dynamics are standard on all trims. Standard features common to all trim variants consist of full-LED headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, two centrally located 10-inch touchscreens, panoramic sunroof, power front seats, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning and passive keyless entry. Additional trim-dependent features includes satellite radio, navigation system, 380W, 825W and 1600W Meridian audio systems, 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, blind spot monitor, blind spot assist, driver condition monitor, traffic sign recognition, 360 degree parking aid, lane keep assist, 20-way power seats, heated rear seats and a wide selection of 19, 20, 21 and 22 inch wheels.
