Model Overview
The Volkswagen Beetle is now in it's third generation and has been designed as a modern interpretation of the original Beetle that respects the past and looks forward to the future.
The Volkswagen Beetle is a front-wheel drive, four-seater in either a hatchback or convertible body powered by a 174-hp 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder mated to a six-speed automatic. Available in four trims - S, SE, Final Edition SE, and Final Edition SEL. They all come standard with front and side-impact airbags, first and second row curtain airbags in the hatchback, rear view camera, anti-lock brakes, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, and daytime running lights.
For 2019, Blind Spot Monitoring comes standard on all trims.They also added two new trims, The Final Edition SE and Final Edition SEL. While getting rid of the Coast and Dune trims.
